• Responsible to do compilation of operation data, data trending, monitoring, and reporting.
• Responsible to maintain and organize standard documentation for station including filing of records, technical reports, IQMS required documentations, drawings, certificate etc.
• To implement, upkeep, promote and maintain high standards of safety at workplace.
• Coordinate station IT requirements and issues in relevant department.
• To serve as backup personnel for O&M team when need arises.
• To develop and prepare training needs for station to improve further their skill and knowledge. To compile and update the station competency master list.
• To ensure all the procurements by the station personnel in accordance with PPP including monitoring the need for procurement, preparing procurement plan, SEPRO license holder, monitoring supplier performance, preparing adjudication reports & all relevant documents related to procurement.
• To ensure all the procedures being followed, coordinate and communicate with fuel supplier in term of fuel receiving procedure, quality, and reliability.
• To carry out any other duty as assigned from time to time.

THINKING ENVIRONMENT & CHALLENGES (PROBLEM-SOLVING):

• Managing many subordinates that ranging from 20 years old to almost retire staff, which is more senior and very difficult to motivate and handle.
• Always standby for a major breakdown just in case STA (O) on duty cannot solve the problem after office hour.
• Old diesel engine that more than 15 years in operation need intensive preventive and corrective maintenance. This is due to aging critical component and fatigue failure after the components reached its serviceable lifespan. Possess substantial technical skills in term of theory and practical is highly required.

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE (KNOW-HOW):

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• 2nd Grade Internal Combustion Engineer (AN ADVANTAGE IF ANY)
• Fresh Graduate or 1-3 years working experience.
