SCOPE OF SERVICES:

• Assist in the implementation of project governance compliance controls so that capital projects executed by PD meet the overall business goals of Sarawak Energy.
• Help to monitor and control the project governance framework in all the stage-gate process.
• Support the sustainability initiatives in Capital Project that align with Company\'s sustainability agenda.
• Assisting in maintaining alignment between individual performance, departmental performance and organizational delivery with robust measurements that enable collection and analysis of data while keeping key evidence to track performance.
• Assisting in the compilation, collating, and analyzing of project performance information and regularly communicating performance report.
• Accurately track and document project delivery performance using established Key Performance Indicators, metrics, tools, and techniques.
• Assist in the implementation of the project governance and performance procedures and ensure compliance by all projects in PD.

THINKING ENVIRONMENT & CHALLENGES (PROBLEM-SOLVING):

• Capable of analyzing performance of capital projects, identify gaps and monitoring & controlling the outcomes.
• Ability in data processing and analytical skills.
• Able to identify and implement innovative tools to enhance work processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, MS Powerpoint and MS Word.
• Excellence command in English both writing and speaking.

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE (KNOW-HOW):

• Minimum one (1) year working experience, preferred in related industry.
• Experience in project management is an advantage.
