SCOPE OF SERVICES:

• Prepare tender documents for the technical specifications and requirements of secondary equipment. Conduct technical evaluation of tender submissions and prepare evaluation reports.
• Review engineering design drawings including drawings and calculations, and attend site meeting/inspection.
• Develop engineering design checklist and Inspection & Test Plan for Transmission substation projects
• Develop standardised engineering design drawings and technical requirements, ensuring consistency, compliance with industry standards, and alignment with project specifications to optimize efficiency and quality in engineering processes.
• Coordinate and perform front end engineering activities.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of engineering improvement practices including Value Engineering and Constructability Review.
• Standardise engineering management procedures and practices and coordinate the development of engineering guidelines, design drawings, and technical requirements for Transmission Substation projects.

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE (KNOW-HOW):

• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Registered with Board of Engineers Malaysia
• Minimum 1 year experience in electrical systems design, construction, testing and inspection, operation and maintenance, project management is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD / other engineering design software
