• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements.
• Develop blueprint design (data mapping, flowcharts, specification, etc.) for business applications.
• Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process.
• Provide documentation of all processes and user training.
• Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot business applications.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors and alarms.

THINKING ENVIRONMENT & CHALLENGES (PROBLEM SOLVING):

• Exhibit strong analytical skills, proficient at identifying key issues for effective problem-solving.
• Handle challenges in e-Procurement, troubleshoot system issues efficiently, and devise creative solutions to boost overall system efficiency.
• Contribute to user-friendly end user training and onboarding, ensuring a seamless integration process, and produce clear system documentation for easy reference.
• Maintain a customer-centric approach, providing support in line with procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Displays effective communication skills, facilitating productive collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams to address challenges and achieve successful solutions through teamwork.
• Able to work within tight deadlines.

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE (KNOW-HOW):

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer sciences, information technology or a related degree program.
• At least 2 years\' experience working with information technologies and software development.
• Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training and implementing new applications and systems.
• Working knowledge of a wide variety of programming languages.
