Responsibilities:-Contract Processing and Administration
Efficiently process and close a high volume of standard contracts, including renewals, ensuring timely completion.
Review contracts to spot mistakes, inconsistencies, and potential risks and able to solve common business issues with contract drafting.
Draft contracts for negotiations to resolve business and vendor issues.
Handle the processing of NDAs and other standard legal documents.
Follow up on pending signatures to ensure timely contract execution.
Maintain comprehensive and organized records of all contracts in the contract management system.
Manage the signing process and stamping of contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Negotiation and Compliance
Negotiate contract terms and ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards.
Handle contracts requiring minor adjustments across different procurement categories.
Proactively resolve user and vendor issues, ensuring smooth contract execution.
Support and Analysis
Assist the Senior Contract Manager with high-value, complex technology and strategic contracts.
Resolve issues with users promptly and effectively.
Contract Renewals
Review existing contracts to identify terms, conditions, and potential areas for improvement.
Ensure timely renewal of contracts, addressing any issues that arise during the renewal process.
Proactive Issue Resolution and Stakeholder Collaboration:
Gather inputs from stakeholders (Info-Sec, Tax, Data Privacy, Risk & Compliance) and align with business objectives.
Provide recommendations to reconcile discrepancies between stakeholder requirements and business goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather inputs, align requirements with business objectives, and resolve user and vendor issues promptly.
Provide clear recommendations and negotiate favorable terms to ensure compliance and smooth contract execution.
Learning and Development
Gain exposure to various procurement categories and contract management best practices.
Demonstrate proactive leadership by supporting business users in solving challenges and managing vendor disputes.

Requirements:-
Bachelor\'s degree required, preference for Legal, Business, Finance
Min 6 years related experience in contract management / strategic sourcing
Be able to work well both independently working collaboratively as part of a team
Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated initiative, with outstanding accuracy, discretion, personal judgment
