A Construction Industry is currently hiring Contract Manager to join them in their Selangor office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Diploma in Construction Management, Business or Contract Management, Quantity Surveyor or etc.
- Working on the preparation, submission and review of tenders.
- Preparing and negotiating the terms and conditions of contracts.
- Formulate a contract based on estimates, budgets and timeframes.
- Knowledge in construction industry and legal documentation.
- Excellent communication and strong leadership skills.
- Able to speak Mandarin fluently in order to assist and communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.
