Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the execution of dredging, reclamation, and marine construction contracts. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on contractual, technical, and commercial matters. Prepare and review project budgets, progress claims, cost control reports, and variation orders. Negotiate and administer subcontracts and supplier agreements. Monitor project progress and financial performance to ensure alignment with contractual terms. Identify potential risks and recommend mitigation measures. Review and validate documentation such as progress reports, invoices, and work certifications. Lead communication between project management, finance, and site teams to ensure smooth execution. Uphold company standards for quality, safety, and environmental compliance. Support tender preparation and pre-contract evaluation when required.

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline. Minimum

5 years of experience

in contract or project management, preferably in

marine, dredging, or infrastructure projects

. Strong understanding of

contract law, project costing, and claims management

. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in

Microsoft Office, Excel

, and

project management tools

. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Willing to travel or be deployed to project sites within Malaysia or overseas when required.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
