About the Department

Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.

We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.

Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

Job Responsibilities

Assist & support Head of Department (HoD) CIOC & Unit Head (UH) Custody Operations (CO) on Project Constellation implementation LD1 to OD1.

Attend meeting and support the timely & successful delivery of CIOC\'s milestones & timeline working effectively with HoD CIOC & Unit Head CO, CIOC project team members, all related Workstream Leads & team, all related stakeholders as included from time to time.

Assist in various daily operations of Custody i.e. local/foreign equities and bond settlements, corporate action events and etc.

Assist and monitor in various regulatory reporting i.e. Cash BOP, EAL and etc

Pro-actively work with operations team to ensure trade are settled correctly meeting SLA and cut off time as well as market holidays; investigate and resolve any exceptions if necessary.

Assist in implementation of project activities in accordance with the work plan, including new products, services, system enhancements and etc.

Resolve any technical or operations issue promptly with business and technology team

Job Requirements

Matured professional banker / ex-banker &/or degree holder in Banking, Business Administration, Accounting with at least 1-2 years\' banking experience.

Working knowledge of Microsoft office / 360, excel spreadsheet & power point presentation skills, understand core banking & documentation as well as ability to work in a structured, high volume, time-sensitive and demanding environment.
