Job Purpose
To perform packing, labeling, and basic production support activities according to work instructions, quality standards, and safety requirements to meet daily production targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesPacking & Production Support
Perform packing, labeling, and sealing of finished goods according to packing instructions.
Ensure correct quantity, product type, and packaging materials are used.
Assist in simple production tasks as assigned (e.g. sorting, arranging, loading).
Quality & Accuracy
Check product appearance and packaging quality before packing.
Report any defects, damages, or abnormalities to the Supervisor immediately.
Follow standard work instructions and quality requirements at all times.
Safety & Housekeeping
Follow all safety rules, SOPs, and PPE requirements.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the workstation (5S).
Handle products and materials carefully to avoid damage or injury.
Team & Discipline
Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors.
Follow attendance, break time, and work discipline requirements.
Perform other related duties as assigned by Supervisor / Line Leader.
