The role is downstream focus managing the logistics sourcing and contracting management relating the delivery to Customer, Warehousing, and forwarding (ocean freight focus). Job Details:
Contract length: 12 months Salary: RM10,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Location: Kuala Lumpur
- Work Hour: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
- Contract Duration: 12 months (renewable based on performance)
- Offered Salary: up to RM 10,000
- Build and maintain strong network in the market, well aware of development in supply and proactively identify threat & opportunities.
- Develop multiyear procurement plan through spend analysis and collaborate closely with business stakeholder.
- Develop and execute commercially competitive sourcing strategies for assigned key spend categories which meets the Business Demand while aligning to Global Category & Regional Category Strategies.
- Execute tenders, evaluate bids & drive negotiations with Suppliers.
- Drive contract performance and spend reduction through contract management.
- Identify, develop & implement supply chain improvement opportunities.
- University degree or any equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Procurement (both pre-award and post-award phase) or Supply Chain operation.
- Proven track record in execution excellence and delivering result. Able to lead and manage change initiatives.
- Good understanding on lubricants blending plant operation will be an advantage.
- High-energy individual with entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong stakeholder management skill, able to engage and communicate effectively across all levels of organization.

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
