Manage commercial and contractual matters with end users, including supply and installation agreements, contract preparation, invoicing, payment follow-up, and coordination with import/export agencies for customs clearance.
Review and revise project tender documents, proposals, and commercial quotations to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Coordinate with Procurement, Project, and Finance teams to meet project schedules and contractual obligations.
Liaise with branch offices and cross-functional departments to ensure smooth project execution and prompt issue resolution.
Maintain strong professional communication with clients, including managing business correspondence and customer engagement activities.
Support management with any ad hoc commercial or administrative tasks.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in project or contract management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general business software.
Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and proactive attitude.
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Team-oriented, professional, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
Proficient in English; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
