If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us\xe2\x80\xa6The Jobholder is responsible for supporting the HR Business Partner and Hiring Managers in recruitment activities.Job Responsibilities:Manage high volume of open vacancies from end-to end in a fast paced environment.Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organizationBe the first point of contact and work closely with the HR Business Partner throughout the recruitment process.Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial sourcing, screening, assessments, and interviewsScreening & shortlisting candidates, and providing professional and timely feedback to candidates.Analyzes and reports on employment statistics, including cost per hire, source of hire, and diversity recruiting initiatives.Jobholder RequirementsEducation/QualificationDiploma/ Degree holdersCompleted Sijil Pelajaran MalaysiaExperienceExperience in Talent Acquisition field either in house or agency will be an advantage.Fresh graduate is also encouraged to apply.Excellent communication skills in dealing with candidates and team members.What\xe2\x80\x99s next:
