Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in hospitality and tourism;
Minimum 2-4 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a travel or tourism company; experience in a similar position is a prerequisite;
Excellent command of English, both verbal and written, is essential;
Knowledge of Malaysia and its destinations is a must;
Able to delegate, cooperate and coordinate with all concerned persons and institutions within the travel industry;
Knowledge of the functions, operations and missions of the department;
Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and excellent computing skills;
The ideal candidate must be detailed-orientated, service-minded, have some experience in negotiations and have a drive to exceed expectations;
Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and work flexible hours during peak season;
A \xe2\x80\x9cCan Do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude, positive mindset and creative thinking is an asset;
