Job Description
The Jobs:
- To assist in vetting technical documents, property inspections, drafting valuation reports and evaluating the progress of work done on property in construction.
- Diploma/Degree in Valuation/Estate Management;
- Has at least 2 years of relevant working experience;
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision;
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office applications;
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; and
- Possesses a valid driving license and has own transport.
