Position title

Admin cum Travel Desk Executive, Kota Kinabalu,Sabah

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, organise, arrange reservations and bookings of hotel, flight and travel for the group of company\'s employees on company business travelling.
  • Confirm flight reservations, send flight tickets along with TRF to traveller (requestor). Check and verify travel agency invoices as well as prepare monthly travelling cost report .
  • Arrange hotel reservation and prepare LOU to respective corporate hotel.
  • Support and assist in organising/scheduling agendas, meetings, conferences including appointments for HOD.
  • Co-ordinate daily activities and schedule meeting for HOD including Records, compile and distribute minutes of meetings. Accumulate and submit claims for superior.

Qualifications
  • Diploma /Degree with 3-4 years related working experience
  • Good computer skills MS Word/Execl/PP
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of booking hotels,travel agency,organizing ,etc.
