Admin cum Travel Desk Executive, Kota Kinabalu,Sabah
Responsibilities
Coordinate, organise, arrange reservations and bookings of hotel, flight and travel for the group of company\'s employees on company business travelling.
Confirm flight reservations, send flight tickets along with TRF to traveller (requestor). Check and verify travel agency invoices as well as prepare monthly travelling cost report .
Arrange hotel reservation and prepare LOU to respective corporate hotel.
Support and assist in organising/scheduling agendas, meetings, conferences including appointments for HOD.
Co-ordinate daily activities and schedule meeting for HOD including Records, compile and distribute minutes of meetings. Accumulate and submit claims for superior.

Qualifications
Diploma /Degree with 3-4 years related working experience
Good computer skills MS Word/Execl/PP
Good communication skills
Knowledge of booking hotels,travel agency,organizing ,etc.
