Contracts Administrator

Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our high performing delivery team on a 12-months contract.

You will have a genuine passion for building projects and want to build on your experience and develop further with Lendlease. This dynamic opportunity will be based on the Exchange TRX, Lendlease's largest integrated development in Asia.

The Contracts Administrator will ensure the commercial objectives of the project are delivered successfully and in accordance with Lend Lease Building policies and procedures. Particular focus will be the administration of subcontracts, professional services agreements and supply agreements to permit cost, time and quality objectives to be achieved.

Key Accountabilities

Handle tender and project cost estimations, prepare bills of quantities

Preparation of tender documentation and participation in the subcontract / supply procurement process.

Preparation of contract recommendation for award and compilation of contract documentation

Assessments of variation claims including details regarding quantities of required materials, resolve contractual claims and finalize accounts

Analysing completed work and arranging payment to Subcontractors

Track changes to the design and/or construction work from a commercial perspective

Provide support in the development and maintenance of the project agreement templates (including subcontract agreements, supply agreements, professional services agreements etc.)

Provide support to the project team for the effective management of subcontractor and supplier payments in accordance with the contract terms (including any security of payment requirements).

Provide support in the preparation of insurance claims and ensure appropriate records are maintained.

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Surveying or related discipline. May have experience and or/functional knowledge of Construction Industry. Written and verbal communication skills to maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
