- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
- At least 2 years of working experiences in the related field
- Preferably in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent
The Senior Contracts Executive/ Contracts Executive provides support to the Commercial Manager/ Senior Commercial Manager in matters during the tender submission phase and post contract phase.
Responsibilities\xef\xbc\x9a
- Assist in the preparation of tender and contracts submission.
- Conduct and monitor contractual obligation and project compliance in accordance to the clients and consultants\' requirements.
- Assist in monitoring project cash flow.
- Handle progress payment and verify final certificate and payment to Sub-Contractor and supplier.
- Evaluate data for project cost estimate.
- Miscellaneous allowance,

- Company Uniform Provided
- Mondays - Fridays (Office), Mondays - Saturdays (Site)
- EPF / SOCSO / PCB
