Salary Range from RM3000-5000 plus other benefits
Contract Basis employment for 1 year (renewable).
Malaysians preferred
Preferably Male between 30 \xe2\x80\x93 35 years old
Be willing to travel to site if necessary
Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities :
1. To calculate quantities or taking-off for cost analysis, quotation or tender purpose.
2. To obtain quotations for tender purpose.
3. To prepare of site budget.
4. To obtain and evaluate all quotations.
5. To prepare of monthly Budget Summary Report.
6. To check of subcontractors progress claims.
7. To carry out site measurements.
8. To check of suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 invoices.
9. To prepare of progress claims to customers.
10. To prepare of variation orders and final accounts to customers.
11. To prepare of variation orders and final accounts to subcontractors and suppliers.
12. To liaise with project team and design team for costing matter.
13. To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the Kajima Total Management Systems.
4. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Civil / Structural / Mechanical Engineering or Quantity Survey.
- With 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 working experience in building construction as main contractor would be added advantage.
- Able to lead and work with minimum supervision.
- Possess good communication and writing.
- Well verse in Contract types, PAM, FIDIC, JKR, IEM & etc
- Strong command of English & computer literate.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel and relocate.
- Minimum education level: Bachelor\xc2\xb4s Degree
- 5 years of experience
- Language(s): English
