JOB RESPONSIBILITIES\xe2\x80\x8b

Assist Contract Lead in conducting procurement exercise based on the approved procurement strategy:

• Either via Open tender, Selective tender, Direct award.
• Identify list of tenderer based on list of panel/ registered vendor.
• Review and issuance of tender documents/ RFP/ RFQ to the approved list of tenderer.
• Conduct tender evaluation (technical & commercial) and table the evaluation results to the approving authority for award.

Assist Contract Lead in acquiring approval for award of project based on Limit of Authority (LoA):

• Approval level based on LoA either Head of Development/ Project Director, Head of Company, MTC, BTC or BoD.
• Conduct clarification & negotiation meeting if required.
• Review and issuance of Letter of Appointment/ Letter of Acceptance of Tender.
• Any other matters that relates to procurement/ pre-contract works.

Assist Contract Lead in supporting Project Team on contract administration in relation to the agreement/contract:

• Review/ prepare contract document and ensure timely execution.
• Review/ prepare and monitor payment certificate.
• Review and monitor variation order.
• Review and ensure timely finalization of account.
• Any other matter that relates to contract administration/ post-contract works.

Supply Chain and Contract Management:

• In collaboration with the Supply Chain Management Team, manage the contract management for the assigned Projects until the award of the contract within the budget, time, and quality
• Coordination with the Supply Chain Management Team on the tender and award of contract processes/matters.
• Coordination with consultants on technical drawings for all trades (clash analysis).
• Coordinate the quality of products to meet specifications and drawings.
• Coordinate and preparation of Preliminary Estimates for Construction Costs and tender documents.
• Output includes tender workshop, procurement strategy, and memo for additional scope of works for consultants.\xe2\x80\x8b

JOB REQUIREMENTS\xe2\x80\x8b

• Bachelor\'s degree in Quantity Surveyor or a related field.
• At least 5 years of working experience in Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience in both procurement and contract administration (Pre and Post Contract)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
