We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Digital Contract Executive.

Principal Responsibilities:

During the contract period, the job holder is reporting to Head of Digital Platform, assisting in areas of projects or operations where needed. Primarily the work may include launching projects such as Paynet platform migration projects, participating in project discussions including conducting user testing and trainings to frontliners. Other tasks include fraud investigation responses to customer experience or regulator.

Their roles include (but not limited to):

  • Acting as first line Digital project consultant to participate in meetings and referral points for project team
  • Acting as UAT testers to participate in testing, gathering the test evidence and fixes thereafter
  • Acting as Contract Support Staff for Projects to facilitate the successful delivery of the projects (such as drafting procedures, communications etc)
  • Acting as validators (checking in with SMEs during the short interval check in points to ensure (1) and (2) are consistent with current process and policies.
Requirements

Requirements:
  • 3 years working experience in banking or outsource companies that support banking deliverables including software houses and solution providers to banks.
  • Must have either on-the-job knowledge of Digital banking or working knowledge (e.g. system support or system helpdesk or HUB support) for a minimum of 3 years
  • Proficient in English both in writing and communication.
  • Experience of having involved in projects implementation.
