We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Wealth and Personal Banking team in the role of Contract Executive, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.

The job holder is responsible on overall Customer\xe2\x80\x99s portfolio management. This includes:

• Planning, execute, monitor and evaluate the portfolio healthiness based on group guideline.
• Ensure portfolio size per staff is within the guideline to enable the platform to perform their roles and responsibility to achieve bank\xe2\x80\x99s goal and KPI.
• To provide support on sales tools to enable distribution platform to carry out their daily activities efficiently with the tools available.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Support overall portfolio management planning, execution and group projects
• Assisting and managing portfolio distribution challenges
• Provide support to sales teams or individuals on RMP/Goal/Impact production issue
• Carry out administrative tasks, including database, records and document management
• Carry out co-ordination and planning activities

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in any field
• Minimum 2 year experience in banking / financial services industry

Knowledge & Experience:

• Minimum Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree Holder
• Proven ability to multi-task and maintain highest standard of excellence in service provided to stakeholders
• Proven ability in making decisions in accordance with bank policy and guidelines
• A broad knowledge on the overall Sales Process
• Clear view on how to work with Compliance, Credit & Risk and Internal Control to ensure a balanced risk operating environment
• Ability to follow up and follow thru the task assigned
• Able to communicate well in English and local languages

Skills:

• Excellent communication & relationship skills.
• Able to multitask and deliver in high pace environment
• Able to make decisions in accordance with bank policy and guidelines.
