s: Prepare quantity take off (measurement of quantities from tender drawings), Bills of Quantity (BQ) preparation & materials sourcing, tender document preparation, cost estimation and budget preparation Analyze / evaluate tender submissions and prepare price comparison and advice recommendation of award to the tender committee. Drafting of letter of award (LOA) and contract agreement. Preparation of monthly progress claims, evaluation of V.O and of claims, checking of drawings Advising of contractual matters Final account settlement Liaise with contractors, consultants and other related parties involved in the projects. Establish tendering procedures and contractual arrangement and evaluate registered contractors for pre-qualification of tender. Establish database for costs, materials and supply sources Requirements: Candidate must possess Diploma in Quantity Surveying At least 3 years of working experience in Property Development/ Construction Company Computer literate with good command of MS office software and able to work on AutoCAD drawings for quantity measurement Required skill(s): Contractual administration, negotiation skills, cost estimate and cost analysis Must be responsible, organized, disciplined and excellent interpersonal and communications skills; Independently with minimum supervision; Applicants must be willing to travel ** Only shortlisted candidate will be notified
