Job Description

As a Control and Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in bringing fully automated filling and packaging lines to life. You will lead electrical commissioning, system testing, and on-site optimization of advanced automation solutions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will solve real-world engineering challenges, ensure reliable system performance, and contribute directly to efficient, high-quality production for global customers.

-Independently program control systems for fully automated filling and packaging production lines, including on-site commissioning, Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and final delivery and acceptance.

-Prepare, organize, and maintain technical documentation, including writing manuals, reports, and archiving project files.

-Communicate and coordinate with the company's mechanical and electrical design departments to identify and resolve design and commissioning-related issues.

-Provide training and after-sales technical support to customer operators and end users.

Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree or above in Automation, Electrical Engineering, or Electrical Control.

-Strong expertise in motion control and logic control systems.

-Proficient in Siemens TIA Portal, including PLC programming, HMI configuration, servo controllers, and frequency converters (VFDs).

-Experience in control circuit design and component selection.

-Familiar with the working principles of common industrial sensors and actuators, with the ability to efficiently troubleshoot typical faults and system abnormalities.

-Willing to travel to Thailand, Indonesia, India, Vietnam, and China; able to work remotely during non-travel periods.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
