• Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualifications in any relevant fields.
• Self-motivated and focused on exceeding set goals.
• Comfortable adapting to new technologies and incorporating them into workflows.
• Preferably min 1 year of experience in the logistics field.
• Willingness to work in shifts and relocate or be based in Sepang if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor and update shipments' movements from origin to destination.
• Troubleshoot any potential or actual delays effectively and promptly.
• Ensure engagement and clear communication with the internal operations team and any other related departments to maintain smooth shipment movement and commitment to the platform.
• Develop a deep understanding of order performance-related matters within the current operation.
• Escalate issues beyond control to the Network Control Centre Team Lead for resolution.
• Build a strong community culture with high standards and strong organizational values.
• Ensure service professionalism, availability, and adherence to high-quality standards.
• Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the superior.
• Communicate and write effectively in English and Mandarin to liaise with China shipment.
