This role plays a critical function in ensuring the integrity, efficiency, and continuous improvement of Master Data Management and the Product Approval Workflow (PAW). By overseeing data flows, approvals, and cross-functional collaboration, it drives operational excellence and ensures compliance with key business processes. Acting as a central point of coordination, this position facilitates seamless communication between stakeholders, resolves process deviations, and provides strategic support to enhance workflow effectiveness. Through analytical expertise and technical proficiency, the role contributes to the organization's overall data governance and process optimization efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Support PAW Operations: Assist in the execution of the Product Approval Workflow, ensuring timely product approvals. Data Monitoring & Validation: Track data flows and validate the accuracy of product data for approvals. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with teams (Product, IT, Supply Chain, Marketing, etc.) to ensure smooth communication and approval processes. Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve data discrepancies or workflow delays. Technical Support: Provide basic Finance support for approvals Process Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to streamline PAW processes. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main contact for PAW-related inquiries, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed. Any other duties as assigned by superior/management.

Qualification

:
Bachelor's degree in accounting/ commerce/ business related field Min 2-3 years of hands-on experience with ERP systems and data management processes. Proficiency in data analysis data modelling and data quality control techniques. Knowledge of data management tools or Master Data Management platforms Experienced work as Project coordinator, able to work w global cross function team Proficiency in ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics Analytical and solution-oriented mindset Strong communication skills and team-oriented approach Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken Attention to Detail & Data Integrity Communication & Stakeholder Engagement Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to present results clearly and compellingly Strong communication & presentation skill, Ability to clearly articulate data in presentations to stakeholder
