The Position Controller, PARP SEA & Australia Assets

Job Summary

Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to support PARP Business & SEA Carb Hub on serving business objectives, contributing to profit and improving cash flow management.

Responsibilities:

PARP Business APAC
\xe2\x97\x8f In charge of supporting PARP APAC Business Director on any need of financial analysis for decision making
\xe2\x97\x8f In charge of sales reporting & analysis, and sales forecast & budget review for the business
\xe2\x97\x8f Pricing strategy : in charge of reviewing price increase impacts & making sure pricing strategy defined by the business director is applied
\xe2\x97\x8f Provide monthly reports to sales team on sales performance & profitability and support them for development projects (new products, new customers) and current business reviews
\xe2\x97\x8f Coordinate, review and consolidate monthly reporting, forecast & budget preparation for the business (scope: sales, full P&L and cash flow statement) and PM EMEA Management
\xe2\x97\x8f Communicate financial results, forecast and budget to the business manager & APAC management team
\xe2\x97\x8f Drive performance improvement on cash and profitability
\xe2\x97\x8f Finance point of contact for PARP Business management (PMA/PMEMEA)
\xe2\x97\x8f Review & approval of POs, contracts, CERs according to MARs levels
\xe2\x97\x8f Support Controlling Director for business presentation to PM EMEA (Monthly, QBR, Budget etc)

SEA Carb Hub (Ipoh 1&2, YBB, Three Springs)
\xe2\x97\x8f In charge of analysis of monthly reporting & preparation and explanation of variances for the hub and of financial forecast & budget exercise at site and hub level
\xe2\x97\x8f Analyse hub industrial costs & identify risk and opportunities to improve industrial performance
\xe2\x97\x8f Monitor & Propose performance improvement on Capex & Inventory management
\xe2\x97\x8f Support the Industrial Hub Director and his team on any business matter
\xe2\x97\x8f Provide adequate KPI & insights to Industrial Hub Director & his team to drive the business (capex, savings, cost structure etc)
\xe2\x97\x8f Provide information on cost structure & inflation to sales team to support customer discussions & profitability improvement
\xe2\x97\x8f Prepare regular analysis of profitability by customer / product (profit pool analysis) & propose actions to improve business profitability, in link with business controller
\xe2\x97\x8f Review and validation of business plan for any project related to the hub
\xe2\x97\x8f Coordinate with CAR the standard cost set-up and follow-up
\xe2\x97\x8f Support group internal audit on processes & procedure improvements related to industrial topics
\xe2\x97\x8f Review & validate balance sheet cleaning topics managed by CAR team
\xe2\x97\x8f Review & approval of POs, contracts, CERs according to MARs levels

Job Requirement:

\xe2\x97\x8f Minimum 5-10 years of experience in the similar role

\xe2\x97\x8f Degree in Accounting

\xe2\x97\x8f Analytical skills

\xe2\x97\x8f Presentation skills

\xe2\x97\x8f Proficiency in English (written & spoken)

\xe2\x97\x8f Good inter-personal skill
