Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Conveyancing Clerk to join our dynamic legal team. Your role will be providing comprehensive support to our conveyancing practice, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of all property, land-related matters.

Responsibility:

To assist in conducting land searches and other property-related to support the conveyancing process as well as liaising with relevant authorities To assist in preparing and processing various conveyancing documents, including sales and purchase agreements, land title transfer and mortgage documents Maintaining accurate and up to date records of all conveyancing matters
Requirements:

At least 2 years and above experience in handling conveyancing matters Able to manage various conveyancing matter A team player with positive and proactive attitude
Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: In person
