Job Description


: 1. To attend to conveyancing files such as Project Sale and Purchase Agreements, sub-sale Sale and Purchase Agreements (individuals and companies), retail and corporate loans, refinancing loan, Deed of Receipt and Reassignment, perfection of transfer and charge, discharge of charge, tenancy agreement, lease agreement, filing of real property gains tax forms, state authority consent to transfer and charge and
Borang I. 2. Become familiar with banks\' portals including elds, FLASH, SMART box and payments to the land offices via online. Qualifications and Requirements: conveyancing Experience 5 years and above Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Benefits:
