Must be familiar with computer usage (Microsoft word, emails and online applications).
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Responsible and have good working attitude.

Job responsibilities include preparation of Sale & Purchase Agreements, Bank Loan Documentations, Charge, Discharge and other related conveyancing matters. Able to communicate and liaise with clients, bankers and government bodies.
