Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Offer administrative support to lawyer and enhance office effectiveness.
  • Prepare legal documents e.g. sale and purchase agreements, tenancy agreements, loan agreements.
  • Manage communication with clients, banks, government departments etc.
  • Type up and file basic legal documents and correspondence.
  • Monitor deadlines and juggle calendars.
Requirements:
  • Working experience required.
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Word).
  • Secretarial and organisational skills.
  • Positive mindset and attitude.
  • Teamplayer
