Job Description
To handle & complete conveyancing OR commercial matters (Subsale, Project, Commercial Loan, Perfection, Discharge/DRR, etc).1.able to handle projects & sub-sale cases from A-Z with minimum supervision. (preferably candidates who possess Project handling experience)2. experience in handling conveyancing matters pertaining to Retail, Project or Commercial Loan & PA documentation from A-Z with minimum supervision.3. able to handle loan documentation for sub-sale, project, perfection, discharge/DRR & all other conveyancing matters.4. able to attending client and committed to work.5. Able to work independently and efficiently, and able to work as a team.6.Having good communication skills and a positive attitude.7. Immediate availability is preferable.Benefits
