Job Description

Job Responsibilities



Prepare, draft, and format

legal documents

,

agreements

,

letters

, and

court documents

. Handle

filing of legal documents

with courts, land offices, and other authorities. Manage

document control, filing systems

, and ensure proper maintenance of legal files and records. Perform

legal research

and gather necessary information to assist lawyers or legal executives. Liaise with

clients, government agencies, and third parties

on legal and administrative matters. Monitor and follow up on

case files, deadlines, and appointments

. Assist in the preparation of

correspondence, status reports

, and other administrative tasks. Maintain confidentiality of all legal and sensitive information. Handle

general clerical duties

including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and mailing.

Requirements



SPM / Diploma / Certificate in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field.

Prior experience as a

Legal Clerk or in a legal firm

is an advantage. Familiarity with

legal terminology, procedures, and documentation

. Proficient in

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Good

communication and interpersonal skills

. Ability to handle

multiple tasks

and meet tight deadlines. Proficient in

Bahasa Malaysia and English

(both written and spoken).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
