  • To liaise with client, banker, agent, other lawyer firm, developers & various government bodies.
  • To assist lawyers in preparing and attending to legal documents relating to conveyancing and loan documentation.
  • To handle sub-sales, developer projects, loan (including company loan), discharge, POT and other conveyancing matters.
  • To maintain and update file status on operating system.
  • To attend to daily clerical works.
  • To monitor and follow up closely with all the files attending to client. correspondences, preparing status report and others type of work assigned by the manager from time to time.
Requirement
  • Minimum of 2 years of working experiences
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English
  • Initiative, responsible, team player and with positive working attitude.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision and assume job responsibility.
Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Application Question(s):

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Conveyancing: 2 years (Preferred)
Expected Start Date: 04/10/2023
