1. To open files, prepare bills, book meeting room and driver. 2. To do all the conveyancing files such as Project Sale and Purchase Agreements, sub sale Sale and Purchase Agreements (individuals and companies), retail and corporate loans, refinancing loan, Deed of Receipt and Reassignment, perfection of transfer and charge, discharge of charge, tenancy agreement, lease agreement, filing of real property gains tax forms, state authority consent to transfer and charge and Borang I. 3. Familiar with banks\xe2\x80\x99 portals including elds, FLASH. 4. Familiar with SMART box and payments to the land offices via online.
