Job Description

Responsibilities

1) Handle the full spectrum of conveyancing matters, including sub-sale, developer project and financing transactions.

2) Draft, vet and finalize Sale and Purchase Agreements, Loan Agreements, Tenancy Agreements and related instruments.

3) Liaise with clients, bankers, developers and relevant authorities to ensure timely and compliant completion of transactions.

4) Provide legal advice on regulatory matters, including stamp duty, tax implications and procedural requirements.

5) Monitor transaction timelines, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all legal documentation.

Requirements

1) Bachelor of Laws (LL.B Hons) and admission as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.

2) Minimum 2 to 5 years of conveyancing experience, ideally in both sub-sale and project work.

3) Strong drafting, analytical and client management skills.

4) Responsible, organized and committed to meeting deadlines.

5) Good interpersonal skills and willingness to engage with clients and stakeholders.

6) Ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
