Job Description
- 1 to 2 years experience in handling sub-sale PA and/or loan financing documentations
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Willing to learn and take on new tasks and a good team player.
- Good working attitude towards job responsibilities and meticulous with details.
- Preferably able to start work immediately.

- To assist lawyers in handling all conveyancing works in respect of PA and/or loan financing documentations for both sub sale and project cases
- All other related conveyancing matters such as discharge of charge/receipt and reassignment, tenancy agreements and etc.
- To liaise with clients, bankers, agents, relevant government authorities and other relevant parties
- Raise payment vouchers and invoices and to follow up on collection in a timely manner
- Monitor progress and update clients\' files
- Ensuring that clients\' expectation are met and updated at all times
