• Versatile leadership role with purview across divisions including Operations, Portfolio Management, Value Creation

As one of the core leadership team member, collaborate with Investment team, Portfolio Operations division and other business stakeholders to drive overall strategy, investments, portfolio management/monitoring and value creation:-

• Reporting directly to the Managing Partner, provide overall leadership to the Operations/Finance and Portfolio Management/Monitoring team
• Driving successful execution and implementation of business strategy and blueprint, including strategic and operational consultancy of business and commercial aspects aimed at achieving operational excellence for the entire group
• Strong skills in streamlining business operations to achieve overall business aims, optimisation of resources and cost efficiency including strategising on scaling up operations in line with future exponential growth
• Establishing, maintaining and monitoring existing reporting mechanisms to both internal and external stakeholders, including investment community and investment decision makers
• Assume the role of \'sensor & connector\' to introduce innovation and technology to the wider organisation
• Lead major business turnaround initiatives and projects, knowledge sharing and developing the team\'s capabilities at both investment group level and also the respective operating companies

• Mandatory: Relevant work experience in Private Equity / Venture Capital firm or buy side investment entity is COMPULSORY
• Previous leadership track record in actual management of one of the following key functions of a PE/VC/Buy side including Operations, Finance/Accounting, Portfolio Management / Monitoring
• Level, Designation and Remuneration will be accorded based on overall experience level and seniority
• Extensive experience in setting up business divisions (including Operations, Finance, Portfolio Management / Monitoring) and operational performance improvement
• Demonstrated track record in leading and driving successful business turnaround initiatives
• Familiarity and passion for the investments, buy side, private equity or venture capital ecosystem
• Excellent relationship management skills, and demonstrable ability to gain trust from investors and business stakeholders / team members across different levels of seniority and diverse functions
• Exceptional strategic, analytical, communication, leadership and problem solving skills
• Driven, self-starter with a passion for excellence and tolerance for ambiguity and change

Well funded, capitalised and resourced with teams across different verticals (Origination, Investment, Operations, Strategy and Portfolio Management), they are continuously expanding to meet the growing expectations of investors as they successfully scale up the businesses of the portfolio companies. They are now looking for a COO / Deputy COO to drive value creation in the portfolio companies, and to work together with the core Investment team in overall success of the investment group.
