To set up and head the new Sales & Marketing department including Credit & Sales Administration department.
Formulates sales policies, practices and procedures.
Develops and implements strategic sales and marketing plans, branding and to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
Propose, manage and execute programs for customer satisfaction and retention.
Plans and oversees advertising and press campaigns activities including print, online, sales launch/road show and electronic media.
Conduct property market research, consumer preference and pricing benchmark.
To liaise with solicitors, bankers, government authorities.
Knowledgeable in all aspect of authorities\' approval relating to property sales and administration e.g. Developer\'s License, Advertising permit and etc.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Management.
Strong leadership with management skills and presentation skills.
Solid decision making, organizational, planning and problem solving.

Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
Minimum 15 years\' working experience with proven record in senior Sales & Marketing role in property development industry.
Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure, fast-paced and high performance culture.
Basic knowledge on government laws and regulation regarding to property.
Able to work on a flexible schedule and travel when required.
