To prepare, produce and cook food to high-quality standards according to recipe SOPs. You will assist the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily service operations by following mis-en-place schedules, minimising food waste, and managing cost control. You will also help to maintain a clean, organised and well-managed outlet kitchen. Full support will be provided to the Outlet Chef and Assistant Chef whenever required.

Key Responsibilities
Cook fresh-to-order dishes during service, meeting quality and timing expectations
Prepare, cook and plate food to high standards, following company SOPs
Assist the team in maintaining food quality, minimising waste, and controlling costs
Carry out outlet mis-en-place preparation, cooking, and plating according to SOPs and company standards
Support with washing, cleaning, and maintaining a tidy kitchen at all times
Help to induct and train new cooks when needed
Follow SOPs for opening and closing the kitchen and preparing for service
Manage and store stock correctly, including:
Date labelling
Chiller/freezer organisation
FIFO compliance
Checking for spoilage before service
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment at all times
Complete other tasks and duties as required by management
