Job Description

Responsible on buying island food ( sundries)
Food prepare for lunch buffet for both guests and staff
Cleaning kitchen before and after used
Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic at all times.
Washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately.
Prepare and ensure coffee, tea and water is available throughout the day.
Prepare and ensure that cup is available ( collect and wash )
Make sure that water supplies are enough and kindly inform Manager for water ordering ( 5 gallon of R.O water)
Check food stock and order or report to Manager accordingly
Collect island food from the market
Removing the garbage ( disposing of rubbish)
Sweeping and mopping floors
General cleaning at the Dive centre and dive centre area
Reporting to the Manager and Directors should there be any issues

Boasting two PADI 5 Star Dive Centres on Gaya Island & Manukan Island an Eco Lodge in Kota Kinabalu City, plus an Adventure Sports Shop serving our clients online and in person at the retail store in Kota Kinabalu.

We have incorporated many social enterprise initiatives into our business. Community based & wildlife conservation destinations feature heavily among our itineraries.
