Assist Section Head to prepare daily ingredients and food items in the menu specifications.
Possess sound knowledge and skills on food preparation for different sections to produce cooked food with consistency and high quality.
Monitor food wastage and spoilage to maintain minimal food cost and in budget.
Good attention to details and a passion to work with food menus and recipes.
Prepares mise-en-plan for ala carte menu.
Ensure kitchen area cleaned, equipment and utensil in hygienic condition.
Monitor stock inventory for section involved to complete Stock Card before transfer of shift.
QUALITICATION/EXPERIENCE:
Age: 19+
Min Qualification: Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality and Catering/Cookery/Culinary Health and Safety/Food Hygiene courses.
