To help cooks or chefs making mis-en place, all aspect of food preparation, cooking and presenting of dishes according to standards procedures set by Chinese Chef. \xe2\x80\xa2 Pick up stuff from food & beverage store and arrange accordingly in its proper places. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure the food quality and preparations, presentations are of the standards set by the Chef. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all dishes prepared are in accordance to the standard recipe. \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow the set standards concerning the wastage and spoilage of all food items. \xe2\x80\xa2 Make sure all cold rooms are cleaned and food is stored correctly and covered at all times. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all items stored and used have the correct date and are of correct quality.
