Job Description


FFM FARMS SDN BHD|TRONG FARM, PERAKJob Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise daily farm operations, including monitoring of poultry caretakers and ensuring adherence to farm protocols and schedules.
  • Monitor daily production, egg collection, and distribution processes to achieve operational efficiency.
  • Oversee egg-handling processes from collection to grading and ensure compliance with SOPs, including fumigation, separation, and record-keeping.
  • Maintain consistent quality standards in egg handling and timely reporting of any non-conformance.
  • Ensure accurate feed distribution and monitor feed consumption to meet flock nutritional requirements.
  • Manage feed inventory, stock levels, and replenishment in collaboration with relevant departments.
  • Inspect and maintain the functionality of equipment and facilities, including feeding, drinking, and ventilation systems.
  • Coordinate with the Maintenance Team to address repairs and conduct preventive maintenance activities.
  • Guide and train farm staff on operational procedures, biosecurity measures, and animal welfare practices.
  • Foster teamwork and ensure compliance with farm safety standards.
  • Identify operational challenges and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions.
  • Propose and execute initiatives to enhance farm productivity, efficiency, and sustainability
Person Specifications:Education & Qualification
  • Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field.
Relevant Experience & Years of Service
  • Minimum 2 years' experience at Farm Operation.
Technical Skills & Professional Knowledge
  • Possess positive working attitude, hardworking and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Display a high degree of accuracy, attention to details and the discipline to follow up outstanding matters
  • Detail-oriented, good interpersonal skills, team player and possesses self-initiative
  • Able to engage in a professional and collaborative manner with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
