Job Description

Conduct administrative tasks such as issuing Purchase Orders, APOs for Menswear, dissemination of D/O & Inv to suppliers. Coordinate / liaise with suppliers. Conduct follow-up on samplings till finished product [PP sample checking]. Create stock master / barcode printing. Follow up on shipment ETA with supplier. Conduct Quality Check (QC) on merchandise samplings / bulks. Coordinate new arrivals. stock in / qty adjustment / markdowns / issuance of D/O / invoice & others. Coordinate on defective items ~ for repairs or return to supplier [SRN]. Photography / edit of photos for new products, send to buyers. Conduct repeat orders for counters / outlets. Issue memo for call backs / markdowns. Other ad hoc duties assigned from time to time [warehouse related matters].
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
