Job Description

The coordinator is responsible for the smooth running of the overall disbursement activities of Yayasan YARA. This person is responsible to ensure that the fund is being disbursed in effective and efficient manner with due diligence. :

• To assess and evaluate case(s) received by Yayasan YARA.
• To conduct field work and site visit(s) in relation to any case(s) received and/or program(s) organized/co-organized by Yayasan YARA.
• To plan/design, execute and participate in program(s), organized or co-organized by Yayasan YARA.
• To prepare report(s) and/proposal(s) of the case(s) and/or program(s).
• To propose new program(s)/idea(s) for Yayasan YARA disbursement activities.
• To do office administration and filing.
• To carry any special tasks/projects as assigned by the Board of Trustees.
• Other tasks as specified by immediate superior.

Requirements:

• Possess people management skills.
• Experience in charity, volunteering and social work.
• Degree in any discipline with proven track record in extra-curricular activities.
• Possess valid driving license and own transport.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa and English with the 3rd language (Mandarin) as an added advantage.
• Have the ability to build strong, working relationships with internal and external organizations.
• Pro-active and can work with minimum supervision.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Benefits:
