Purpose of Position:
- Assist Managers/Team Leads in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities.
- Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals.
- Liaise between customer and management/operations to ensure smoothe operations.
- Coordinate and manage with various 3rd party vendors i.e airlines, ocean carriers, freight forwarders and transporters/hauliers to ensure daily operations are managed smoothly.
- Ensure systems are updated and timely.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting. Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals.
- Manage logistics activities for import and ezport, advantage knowledge of Dangerous Goods
- Build and maintain strong customer relationship through regular meetings and communications.
- Familiar with logistics system example CargoWise 1 or equivalent.
- Diploma/Certificate of Business Administration/Public Administration or equivalent and have at least 2-3 years work experience or progressive relevant work experience
- SPM certifictae holder with at least 2-3 years of work experience or progressive relevant work experience
- Proficiency in MS Office applications especially Word, Excel and Power Point
