Job Description


: Perform general administrative duties such as data entry and filing Record, update and maintain trackers for operational daily and weekly reporting Verify and archive documentations for warehouse inbound and outbound operations Procurement of miscellaneous items Generate billable report for outsourced companies Update of receiving discrepancy Keep track of operator/sorter\'s attendance Any other ad hoc duties as assigned Requirements: Demonstrate basic analytical skills in data and costs reporting Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in any field At least 2 years of admin experience preferably in a warehouse environment Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point) and Google products (e.g. Gmail, Docs, Sheets etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Meticulous & Responsible Working place will be based in the North-East of Singapore Candidate must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment
