Job Description
: Report to sorting hub team lead Monitor productivity and allocate resources accordingly Ensure compliance of SPX sorting processes and protocols Document daily updates on the document and sorting quantity Resolve any discrepancies during inbound process Requirements: Possess at least Diploma (Advanced/Higher Graduate/Post Graduate) or Bachelor\'s Degree in Logistics/Transportation or equivalent Able to do rotating shifts 5am-2pm, 1pm-10pm, 9pm-6am: Mon - Fri & Sat/Sun (Alternate weekends) 1-3 years of experience dealing with external logistic parties Possess a Class 3 driving license with 2 years of driving experience is a plus Open to flexible arrangements depending on peak seasons and business needs Good communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, and an ability to effectively communicate with business and technical teams Keen leader who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment Proficiency in Excel is not necessary but will be a plus
