Job Description

- Update the incoming container detail at Biforst white board together to monitor, incoming and outgoing container. - Plan with shunting driver to move in MT container to Bay. - Once stuffing done, gate pass will be provided by warehouse team. - Check booking, VGM submission and port opening. - Ensure laden containers are sent in to port before closing. - Every 2 hours (Starting 0900am) send out Daily updates by email. - Every morning before 9.30am send out MT & LADEN status by email. - Every morning before 9.00am send out NESTLE REPORT summary to PIC by email. - Received Pod from drivers. - Call shunting drivers and manage to truck movement. - Liaise with SNDC Sijangkang for truck movement.
