ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Build, plan, and implement the overall digital marketing strategy. Utilise various digital publishing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and etc. Create various content types (videos, infographics, digital designs, etc.) with relevant tone and style, adhering to the style of the College. Collaborate with the key team members to generate new content or curate existing content for publishing, including photo galleries & videos on Facebook & Instagram, animations and etc. Keep abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, and new technologies and share insights with the rest of the Sales & Marketing staff. Regularly monitors and measures content performance. Plans concepts by studying information and materials. Test graphics across various media. Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing. Build new networks and at the same time maintain and strengthens good relationships with existing customers/clients. Participate in departmental initiatives to improve the Company\xe2\x80\x99s performance. Responsible for social media Sales & Marketing related activities. To monitor and report Competitor\xe2\x80\x99s marketing & sales activities. To support & maintain a good working rapport with Sales Team, Manager and other departments. To assist in other duties as and when delegated. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Education Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field Good command of both English and Bahasa language Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills Advance in using editing software (Adobe Photoshop, etc.) Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels Familiarity with web design Good time-management skills Team player Proficient in Adobe Illustrator (Centre Point Sabah, Jalan Centre Point, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah) COMMITTED TO EXCELLENCE Bachelor\'s or Equivalent
